In order to improve the performance of active vibration isolation system (AVIS) with electromagnetic actuator, several problems control are studied. Position is a critical component in suspension systems, and position sensor noise can extremely affect stability system, so tracking differentiator (TD) proposed obtain effective differential signal from relative sensor. control, feedback acceleration combined PD presented suppress transmission periodic vibrations. Then, taking as evaluation index, under method derived, influence parameters on discussed detail. The improved 24.47 dB 2.4 at resonance frequency, −34 attenuation achieved 100 Hz respect mount tested ground. experimental results demonstrate that by control.
